  • How to add a new client

    Select + NEW at top of your home page

    You must be logged into your account to access this feature

    Complete all required fields and hit ‘sign up’

    Client will be sent log in instructions via email

  • How to search for a new client

    Parent search is located at the top of your home page

    You must be logged in to access this feature

    You can search via pet parent name, dog name, email address, or primary phone number

  • How to add a new dog to an existing client

    Search for client file

    Open client file

    On the left side of page under ‘Additional Contacts’ locate ‘Add Dog’

    Select ‘Add Dog’

    Complete required fields and save

  • How to update Billing Tab or Credit Card

    Search for client file

    Open client file

    Select Billing Tab

    Update Credit Card and hit save

  • How to access and use ‘Waiting List’

    Select ‘your name’ in upper right corner

    Select ‘Waiting list’ from drop down menu

    Select ‘Location’ of list you want to access

    Select ‘Book’ to book client on schedule

    As long as ‘book’ is selected from waiting list, the appointment that is being moved up will be automatically deleted.

    Select ‘Remove’ if you no longer want client on the waiting list

    Select the ‘Contacted’ box to track if you have offered appointments to client

Scrub Club

  • How to enroll a dog in Scrub Club

    Search for client file

    Open client file

    Select Scrub Club tab

    Select home location

    Select ‘Enroll’ circle

    Save

  • How to Check in a dog to Scrub Club

    Search for client file

    Open client file

    Select Scrub Club tab

    Select check in location

    Hit Check In

  • How to Unenroll Client from Scrub Club

    Search for client file

    Open client file

    Select Scrub Club tab

    Select ‘Unenroll’ circle

    Save

    (client will be un-enrolled at the end of the billing cycle)
